Wellness Counseling LLC is an outpatient behavioral health practice that is focused on providing behavioral health services and substance abuse counseling for teens and adults, in a warm and inviting atmosphere. We are currently seeking a FULL-TIME Clinical Supervisor for dayshift, for 35 to 37.5 hours a week for our Southgate. This position starts at $30.00 per hour , based on experience and the rate will be reassessed in 6 months. In this role are the following duties:
Duties include:
- Monitoring the clinical work of assigned clinicians, including caseload management, intervention implementation, and documentation.
- Oversee daily business management with Office Manager and Director.
- Reviewing clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance with standards
- Problem solve client/team concerns and questions
- Assist with CAQH, credentialing and compliance
- Providing ongoing feedback and coaching to clinicians on their clinical skills and techniques.
- Facilitating new clinician onboarding and providing ongoing training on clinical procedures, best practices, and company policies.
- Conducting team meetings and workshops to share knowledge and address clinical challenges.
- Assisting in developing and delivering training materials related to specific interventions or client populations.
- Assisting with complex case management issues, coordinating with other team members.
- Monitoring client outcomes and identifying areas for quality improvement
- Client caseload of 15 billable per week.
- Position is a minimum of 35 hours per week
- Check-in patients, phone calls, collect co-pays, fax/scan/copy
- Access EMR and sort documents into electronic chart
- Reconcile patient accounts, outstanding balances, patient refunds and collections
- Verify, update, and obtain patient insurance coverage
- Responsible for closed case records
- Financial duties including billing, purchasing office supplies, processing and accepting payments, submitting insurance claims, and expense reports
- Other duties / projects as assigned
Candidate requirements:
- Prior Management Experience 1 year
- Prior authorizations experience
- Previous front desk, reception/receptionist, administrative assistant, or office experience preferred
- Knowledge of billing and insurance coverage is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office/ EMR
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Full license in Master’s Degree in Social Work/Counseling REQUIRED
- Must have 3-5 year experience as FULL license REQUIRED

Hours: Monday-Friday, No Holidays, Preferred time: M-Thurs 9:30am – 6pm, Friday 9am-2:30pm. Specific Days/Hours are negotiable.
