Elizabeth Chlebek

Limited Licensed Professional Counselor, LLPC

Elizabeth is a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC) in the State of Michigan. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Oakland University. Her approaches to counseling include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based and Psychosomatic-Based practices, and Person Centered Therapy.

Elizabeth has experience working with clients of all ages, and from diverse backgrounds. She is especially passionate about working with teens, young adults, and older adults who have experienced anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, and more. Additionally, Elizabeth has experience in providing Catholic/Chrisian therapy (including scrupulosity management), couples counseling, and academic support for high school and college students (time management, test anxiety, etc).

Elizabeth strives to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment for her clients. Together, she and her client will collaborate on a treatment plan uniquely tailored to the clients’ values, strengths, and goals. Once you walk through the door, Elizabeth is ready to meet you wherever you are at – walking with you on your unique journey towards growth and healing.

Andrew Dailing

Limited Licensed Social Worker, , LLMSW

Andrew is a compassionate and client-centered therapist who works with individuals from diverse backgrounds to help them navigate life stressors, emotional challenges, and major transitions. He earned his Master of Social Work, with a focus on clinical practice and substance use, from The Ohio State University and his Bachelor of Social Work from Wayne State University.

Andrew believes a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. He creates a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. His approach is collaborative and strengths-based, helping clients build resilience, improve self-awareness, and develop practical strategies for lasting emotional wellness.

Andrew’s experience includes advocacy, community-based support, crisis intervention, and direct clinical care. He is also passionate about forensic social work and supporting individuals impacted by the legal and criminal justice systems. As a certified crisis specialist, he has experience helping individuals through periods of acute stress, emotional distress, and significant life transitions with a calm and grounded presence.

Andrew is dedicated to helping clients strengthen self-advocacy, improve coping skills, and work toward meaningful, sustainable change aligned with their goals and values.

Alexis Dugan

Limited Licensed Social Worker, LLMSW

Alexis is a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW) who earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from University of Kentucky in December 2023. She is passionate about helping children, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges while building confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.

Alexis utilizes evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing to support clients in achieving meaningful and lasting change. She has experience working closely with law enforcement and emergency response teams in crisis situations, helping individuals process difficult experiences and connect with supportive services and resources.

Known for her uplifting and compassionate approach, Alexis strives to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where clients feel heard and understood. She works collaboratively with each individual to develop personalized goals and practical strategies tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.

Alexis is dedicated to walking alongside clients during difficult times, helping them build coping skills, increase self-confidence, and move toward becoming the best version of themselves.

Daniela Lara-Guzman

Limited Licensed Social Worker, LLMSW

Daniela is a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW) who earned her Master’s in Social Work from University of Michigan in 2024. She has over five years of experience working in the mental health and social services field and is passionate about helping clients feel empowered, supported, and understood throughout the therapeutic process.

Daniela believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and healing. She strives to create a safe, trusting, and collaborative environment where clients can explore challenges openly and build the tools needed to succeed. Daniela specializes in working with children and young adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and life stressors.

Her therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy. Daniela works closely with clients to help them build coping skills, strengthen resilience, and achieve their goals in a way that aligns with their individual values and needs.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Daniela is committed to providing culturally responsive and accessible care to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.

Moor Mateen

Noor Mateen

Noor is a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW) who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from University of Michigan. She takes a collaborative and holistic approach to therapy, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and somatic techniques to support clients’ emotional and overall well-being.

Noor specializes in helping individuals heal from trauma, develop emotional awareness, and strengthen the connection between mind and body. She also provides Islamic therapy, couples counseling, and women-focused therapy, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique experiences, values, and goals.

With experience working with diverse populations, Noor is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Her approach emphasizes personal growth, healing, and lasting well-being through compassionate and individualized care.

Fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, Noor is dedicated to providing accessible and inclusive support to individuals from a wide range of backgrounds.

Zeinab Moussa

Licensed Professional Counselor, M.A., LPC

Zeinab Moussa is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. With more than six years of experience in the mental health field, she specializes in supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional challenges, and major life transitions.

Zeinab utilizes a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She is committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel supported in their healing and personal growth.

Believing in the importance of meeting clients where they are emotionally, culturally, and developmentally, Zeinab works closely with each individual to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals, strengths, and unique experiences. She is especially passionate about emotional literacy and frequently incorporates tools such as emotional awareness exercises and creative expression techniques to help clients better understand, process, and regulate their emotions.

Whether working with children, teens, or adults, Zeinab brings warmth, structure, and encouragement to every session, empowering clients to build resilience, improve emotional wellness, and create meaningful, lasting growth.

Allison Pitylak

Counseling Intern

Allison is currently a counseling intern focused on creating a safe, respectful space for clients to share their stories. She values authenticity, empathy, and collaboration, and enjoys helping individuals build skills that support emotional well-being and personal growth. She graduated from Baker College in 2017 with her degree in psychology and currently attends Baker College finishing her masters degree in clinical counseling. 

Cynthia (Cindy) Pruett

Licensed Master Social Worker, LMSW, M.S.W.

Cindy is a Master of Social Work graduate from Wayne State University and holds School Social Worker Certification. She is also a Love & Logic Facilitator through the Love and Logic Institute. Cindy specializes in working with adolescents, adults, families, couples, and LGBTQ clients, and supports individuals facing depression, grief, anxiety, stress, anger management concerns, domestic violence, relationship challenges, and self-esteem or identity development.

Cindy is known for her warm, nonjudgmental, and supportive approach. She creates a safe space where clients feel heard and respected, and she is committed to helping individuals and families navigate challenges while building healthier relationships and stronger emotional awareness.

Her clinical style integrates encouragement, communication, and practical tools to support personal growth and emotional healing. She is especially passionate about helping clients strengthen self-esteem and develop a deeper understanding of their “true self,” empowering them to make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives.

Danielle Sienkiewicz

Counseling Intern

Danielle Sienkiewicz is a counseling intern who is passionate about helping people feel seen, heard, and supported. She has a background in grief and bereavement and brings a warm, down-to-earth approach to her work. She believes that each person has the capacity for growth and healing. She works collaboratively with clients to better understand their experiences and create meaningful change in a safe, supportive space.

Kathy Thompson

Kathy Thompson

Licensed Professional Counselor, ATR, LPC, CADC, NCC, ACS

Kathy earned her Master’s degree in Community Counseling and Art Therapy from Wayne State University in 2009. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Registered Art Therapist (ATR), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS). Kathy is also the director and owner of Wellness Counseling.

She has extensive experience working in both inpatient residential and outpatient community settings, supporting children, adults, and individuals with substance use concerns. Throughout her career, she has volunteered with organizations including The Children’s Center of Wayne County and Vista Maria, and completed her internship with Oakland Family Services.

Kathy’s therapeutic approach is grounded in meeting clients where they are, with a focus on compassion, collaboration, and empowerment. She is passionate about helping individuals recognize their strengths, explore their potential, and work toward becoming their personal best. Through a supportive and client-centered style, she guides clients in building insight, resilience, and meaningful personal growth.

Kayla grew up in California and later pursued her college education in Michigan, where she obtained her BA. During her time in college, she met her husband, and together they have two wonderful children. Her love for animals has led to a large extended family, reflecting her deep compassion. Kayla’s passions revolve around her family, her children, her pets, and an extensive collection of books.
