Elizabeth Chlebek

Limited Licensed Professional Counselor, LLPC

Elizabeth is a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC) in the State of Michigan. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Oakland University. Her approaches to counseling include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based and Psychosomatic-Based practices, and Person Centered Therapy.

Elizabeth has experience working with clients of all ages, and from diverse backgrounds. She is especially passionate about working with teens, young adults, and older adults who have experienced anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, and more. Additionally, Elizabeth has experience in providing Catholic/Chrisian therapy (including scrupulosity management), couples counseling, and academic support for high school and college students (time management, test anxiety, etc).

Elizabeth strives to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment for her clients. Together, she and her client will collaborate on a treatment plan uniquely tailored to the clients’ values, strengths, and goals. Once you walk through the door, Elizabeth is ready to meet you wherever you are at – walking with you on your unique journey towards growth and healing.

 

Andrew Dailing

Limited Licensed Social Worker, , LLMSW

Andrew earned his Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University, with a focus on clinical practice and substance use; and a Bachelor of Social Work from Wayne State University. He works with clients from diverse backgrounds and is committed to creating a therapeutic space that is safe, affirming, and collaborative.

He believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change and prioritizes building trust and rapport with each client. He views therapy as a place where individuals can feel seen, heard, and supported – without pressure to be anything other than themselves. His experience includes advocacy, community-based work, and direct clinical support. He is especially passionate about helping clients navigate life stressors, build resilience, and connect with resources that align with their goals and values.

Andrew also has a strong interest in forensic social work and supporting individuals impacted by the legal and criminal justice systems. He is a certified crisis specialist with experience supporting individuals during periods of acute stress, emotional distress, and transition, bringing a steady and grounded presence to challenging moments.

He strives to walk alongside clients as they build self-awareness, strengthen self-advocacy, and work toward meaningful, sustainable well-being.

Alexis Dugan - Virtual only

Alexis earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work in December of 2023 from the University of Kentucky. She is presently a limited license Social Worker, LLMSW. Alexis has a strong interest in using DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing to help individuals through whatever they might be facing. She has a background in working closely with police and emergency response, in crisis situations. Alexis helps these individuals in working through their crisis and getting connected with services. Alexis enjoys working with kids age 6 through adults, helping them feel empowered , and confident in becoming the best version of them self. Her goal is to bring an uplifting approach to the therapy she provides. Alexis plans to sit with individuals during their time of need, and help them develop a plan that fits their needs going forward. 

Daniela Lara-Guzman

Daniela earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Michigan in 2024. She is currently a Limited Licensed Social Worker (LLMSW). Daniela has been working in the mental health and social services field for over 5 years.

One of the main focuses in her therapy approach is the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist. Building a trusting therapeutic relationship will provide clients with the tools they need to succeed. Daniela is passionate about working with children and young adults who have experienced trauma, depression, and anxiety in English and Spanish. She utilizes CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, motivational interviewing, and a person-centered approach with her clients. With these approaches, Daniela aims at empowering clients to meet their goals on their own terms.

Noor Mateen

Meet Noor, a licensed clinical social worker (LLMSW) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Michigan Ann Arbor. With a collaborative and holistic approach, Noor integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and somatic techniques to support her clients’ overall well-being.

Noor specializes in helping individuals heal from trauma, build emotional awareness, and cultivate a deeper mind-body connection. She also provides Islamic therapy, couples counseling, and women-focused therapy, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

With experience working with diverse clients, Noor is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment that honors each individual’s background and journey. Through her work, she empowers clients to achieve their goals and cultivate quality lasting well-being.

Zeinab Moussa

Zeinab Moussa is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and over six years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

Her approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based practices, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing—creating a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where healing and growth can unfold.

With a deep belief in meeting clients where they are—emotionally, culturally, and developmentally—Zeinab partners with each individual to develop a personalized, strengths-based treatment plan. Her work is focused on supporting clients in reaching their therapeutic goals with clarity, purpose, and wellness.

She is especially passionate about emotional literacy, integrating tools such as the emotional wheel and creative expression to support clients in naming, understanding, and regulating their feelings. Whether working with children, teens, or adults, Zeinab brings warmth, structure, and vision to every session.

Cynthia (Cindy) Pruett

Cindy has her Master of Social Work from Wayne State University, School Social Worker Certification, Love & Logic Facilitator, Love & Logic Institute CO, Jim Faye Ph.D., Foster W. Cline, MD. Cindy specializes with Adolescents, Adults, Families, Couples, LGBTQ, Depression/Grief, Anxiety/Stress, Anger management, Domestic Violence, Marital/Relationship Issues and Self-Esteem/Self Discovery.

Since childhood, Cindy was always the “keeper of secrets”. She has the ability to communicate and listen without judgment. Cindy is able to motivate and encourage the development of “the true self”.

Kathy Thompson

Licensed Professional Counselor, ATR, LPC, CADC, NCC, ACS

Kathy graduated from Wayne State University and received her Masters in Community Counseling and Art Therapy Degree in 2009. Kathy is a Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Registered Art Therapist (ATR), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She has worked in both inpatient residential and outpatient community settings. She has experience working with children, adults and substance abuse populations. Kathy has volunteered at The Children’s Center in Detroit, at Vista Maria in Dearborn Heights and did her internship at Oakland Family Services in Pontiac. Kathy is the director and owner of Wellness Counseling.

Kelly has multiple years of experience working with insurance companies and is our warm and friendly face/voice that greets all of our clients. Kelly handles all billing and insurance claims and assists with client concerns.
