With more than six years of experience in the mental health field, she specializes in supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional challenges, and major life transitions.
Zeinab utilizes a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She is committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel supported in their healing and personal growth.
