FULLY Licensed Therapist (Salary)

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, ethical, and clinically skilled therapist to join our growing outpatient mental health practice as a Salaried employee. This role provides psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and/or families while working collaboratively within a supportive clinical team. Therapists receive administrative, clinical, and operational support so they can focus on high-quality client care. FULLY licensed LPC, LMSW, LLP and LP for 25 clients seen per week. Position only open for FULLY LICENSED therapist. Our office serves the entire State of Michigan. REQUIRED 2-year CMH experience.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care

  • Provide ethical, evidence-based psychotherapy to assigned clients
  • Complete assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge planning
  • Maintain appropriate caseload expectations as outlined by the practice
  • Provide crisis intervention and follow safety protocols when necessary

Documentation & Compliance

  • Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time in the EMR
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, state licensing boards, and payer requirements
  • Participate in audits, chart reviews, and quality assurance processes

Professional Responsibilities

  • Attend required supervision, consultation, and staff meetings
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members regarding client care
  • Maintain active licensure and complete required continuing education
  • Practice within scope of license and seek consultation when needed

Qualifications

Required

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Active or limited license (LMSW, LPC, and LP)
  • Eligibility to supervise staff.
  • Ability to meet documentation and client seen expectations and documentation.

Preferred

  • Experience in inpatient setting
  • Experience with insurance-based services
  • Training in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma-informed care, etc.)

Employment Classification

This is a W-2 salaried employee position, not an independent contractor role. Therapists receive employer-provided supervision, administrative support, scheduling assistance, and use of company systems, medical record and policies.
